Bulk Foods Guide:
 
* 1/2 pound of meat should yield 2-3 sandwiches or 2 small plates
* 1 pound of meat should yield 4-5 sandwiches, 3 large, or 5 small plates
* A pint of side items should yield 3-4 servings
* A quart of side items should yield 7-8 servings
* The easiest way to heat up meat, sauce, or side items is in the microwave
